description.I love love love this piece, it's from my personal closet however I never wear it so we need to find it another home. the double collar is ruffled, plus a little ruffle on the pocket, the hem has a puff to it so it flares out while on, AND all of the polka dots are velvet while the grey material has a slight opaque to it. finishing it off with super large black buttons and a buckle waist tie, this is THE cutest jacket or dress!.
